Where to meet your driver

We monitor flights in real time and include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing. Keep your phone on after arrival—your driver will share vehicle details and the exact bay/zone.

London Gatwick LGW — North & South Terminals

South Terminal

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park.
  • Your driver will confirm the colour zone for pickup.

North Terminal

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park.
  • Your driver will share the specific zone on arrival.
London Heathrow LHR — Terminals 2, 3, 4 & 5

Terminal 1 is not operational.

Terminal 2

  • Follow signs to Short Stay Car Park from arrivals.
  • Proceed to Level 1; your driver will meet you there.

Terminal 3

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park, then to Level 1.

Terminal 4

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park; meet your driver in the designated area.

Terminal 5

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park, then to Level 1.
London City Airport LCY — Single terminal

Compact terminal; pickups are a short walk.

Pickup point

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park / Pick-Up zone adjacent to the terminal.
  • Meet your driver at the designated pickup area (they’ll confirm the bay/zone).
The walk from arrivals to the car park is usually 2–3 minutes.
London Luton LTN — Single terminal

Pickup point

  • Exit the terminal and turn left, then follow signs to Pick-up/Drop-off — Terminal Car Park 2 (TCP2).
  • Meet your driver in the ground-floor designated pickup area of TCP2.
London Stansted STN — Single terminal

Short Stay Car Park (Primary pickup)

  • Follow signs to Short Stay (Orange / Green / Blue zones).
  • Your driver will confirm the colour zone & bay.
Express Set Down is for drop-off only; no waiting permitted.
A lower-cost option is the Mid Stay area (coordinate with your driver).
Birmingham Airport BHX — Single terminal

Car Park 1

  • Exit via Door A, cross the road by the Diamond House building.
  • Walk past Diamond House to Car Park 1 (clearly signposted).

Car Parks 2 & 3

  • Exit via Door C and walk towards the Regis Building (on your left) to reach CP2.
  • CP3 is opposite, across the road from the Regis Building.
Manchester Airport MAN — Terminals 1, 2 & 3

Terminal 1

  • Follow signs to T1 Short Stay / Pick-Up Car Park.

Terminal 2

  • Proceed to Level 0 of the T2 West Multi-Storey Car Park.

Terminal 3

  • Follow signs to T3 Multi-Storey and the Arrivals (Pick-Up) Zone.
London Southend SEN — Single terminal

Pickup point

  • Use the Short Stay Car Park directly opposite the terminal.
  • Your driver will meet you in the designated pickup area and confirm the location.
Short Stay is chargeable (fees apply even for brief stops).
Service Notes
