Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Comfort Airport Transfer website or booking our airport transfer services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, online booking platform, and related services.
By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through our website, mobile app, or customer service channels are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.
1.2 Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking, including contact details, flight information, and payment details. We are not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information.
1.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved payment methods. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may include applicable taxes or fees.
2. Airport Transfers
2.1 Pick-up and Drop-off
Passengers must be ready for pick-up at the agreed time and location. Any changes to pickup or drop-off points must be communicated in advance and may result in adjusted fares.
2.2 Flight Delays and Cancellations
We monitor flight schedules and adjust our services accordingly. However, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us of any delays or cancellations. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
3. Change of Plans
If your plans change, you must inform our office promptly. This includes flight cancellations or rescheduling.
- Changes to pickup or drop-off locations will result in updated fares.
- If your flight is cancelled and you fail to notify us, no refund will be issued.
- If notified within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup, 50% of the booking fee will be retained.
Changes requested less than 12 hours before pickup must be made by phone. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Luggage
Luggage capacity is specified during booking. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within these limits:
- 1 Medium Suitcase (checked): Up to 158 cm (62 inches) total dimensions, 23 kg (50 lbs).
- 1 Hand Luggage (carry-on): Up to 56 × 45 × 25 cm (22 × 17.5 × 9.85 inches).
Oversized or excess luggage may require additional arrangements or incur extra charges.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be made by phone or by replying to your confirmation email.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. A minimum £5 bank processing fee applies.
No refunds are issued if the passenger cannot be reached at the time of pickup.
6. Waiting Time
We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing for airport pickups. Beyond this, a £10 charge per 30 minutes applies. Early pickups cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible.
7. Child Seats
Child or baby seats are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability and suitability.
UK Child Car Seat Law
- Children under 3 must use a child car seat (except in licensed taxis or minibuses).
- If a child seat is unavailable, children must travel in the rear seat using an adult seatbelt (if aged 3 or older).
8. Fouling Policy
Passengers must maintain cleanliness. Fouling, spillages, or damage will incur a minimum £30 cleaning charge, depending on the extent of the issue. Examples include:
- Vomit or biological substances
- Food or drink spills
- Damage to upholstery or interior
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Our Liability
While we strive for punctual and reliable service, Comfort Airport Transfer is not liable for delays, losses, or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, accidents, or force majeure.
9.2 Indirect or Consequential Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
